Q: Are all of your products completely gluten-free?

A: Yes. We guarantee a complete gluten-free experience, and do not bring in any products or ingredients that contain or may contain gluten to ensure there is zero chance of cross-contamination. 

 

Q: Do you offer dairy-free, vegan, or keto products?

A: While our primary focus is providing delicious gluten-free baking, we do want to make our treats and goods as accessible as possible for everyone and acknowledge that many people have allergies or dietary needs in addition to gluten. We do bake a small selection of vegan, diary-free, and keto options on a regular basis, and many of our recipes can be adjusted to be dairy-free or vegan. This includes our pastry, cakes, cupcakes, pies, breads, and numerous bars and cookies. If there's something specific you have in mind, please reach out to us instore or call us at 905-575-8585 to inquire or place an order in advance and we would love to make it for you!

  

Q: Do you offer nut-free products?

A: While a large number of our treats and goods are nut-free, we do have other products that contain nuts and therefore cannot guarantee there won't be risk of cross-contamination. 

 

Q: Are you open during the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions?

A: Yes! We're so grateful to be able to remain open! We are allowing two customers in the store at a time, that must maintain 6ft apart at all times.

 

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: Yes! We offer a subscription box which will be delivered bi-weekly within the Greater Hamilton area.  All other items are for pickup from the store.

 

Q: How much notice do you require for custom orders? 

A: This depends on what you're looking to order! Breads we're able to do next day, whereas cakes require 7 days notice.
